The proper use of conditioning is critical to an athlete's success, not just because of the energy system adaptations, but also because it can alter an athlete's muscular composition. Our prescribed training programs focus on developing speed, agility, quickness and strength. Each client begins their training and conditioning program with a preliminary evaluation. This is used to assess current physical ability, identify strengths, weaknesses, and group athletes accordingly. Using the information from the evaluation, an intensive program is developed to specifically fit their training needs. The training program is an essential tool for our clients, as it not only aids in their physical development, but provides nutritional guidance as well.
